Mobile Artech MD Tire Shredder

This unit is ideal for shredding passenger car, semi truck tires and light otr tires. Equipped currently to produce a four inch primary shred production it can process up 1000 plus car tires per hour or 600 semi truck tires per hour. This mobile Artech
MD unit has new knives and is trailer mounted. It equipped with its own 450 hp Cat power package and can also be used for waste material size reduction for a wide range of products including: metal and plastic car body parts, fridges, stoves, freezers as well as plastic and metal drums to name just a few items.
 This shredder is also ideal for Municipal Waste Reduction and is especially useful for small communities with limited waste management budgets trying to extend the life of their landfill.
Our mobile shredder will reduce waste volume by eliminating air
pockets preparing the waste for compression. Depending on pressure
applied, this will reduce the pile between 3:1 or higher. After
shredding, a compressing baler could also be applied to attain
reduction as high as 5:1 and produce easy to transport bales.
OTR Recycling is offering this Artech MD unit for rent and making it available anywhere in Canada and the US.
In addition to offering the MD Artech unit for rent we will also assist with
site inspection to insure equipment suitability for the project in question.
